Home License
"EdenGate" grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the application on your personal device(s) for the sole purpose of establishing a secure and private connection to the Internet. This license does not transfer any ownership rights to you.
You agree not to use "EdenGate" in any way that may infringe upon the rights of others, violate applicable laws, or interfere with the proper functioning of the application. You acknowledge and agree that all rights, title, and interest in the application belong to "EdenGate" and its licensors. To the extent permitted by applicable law, "EdenGate" and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of "EdenGate," even if advised of the possibility of such damages. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.
"EdenGate" reserves the right to terminate this License Agreement at any time and for any reason. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the application and uninstall it from your devices.
This License Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and "EdenGate" regarding the use of the application and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings, whether oral or written.
